Hard Probes 2023 - 1st Bulletin

Dear colleague,
We are pleased to announce that the "11th International Conference on Hard and Electromagnetic Probes of High-Energy Nuclear Collisions" ("Hard Probes 2023") will take place from 26th to 31st of March, 2023 in Aschaffenburg, Germany. The student lectures will take place on Sunday, March 26th, and the scientific program from Monday to Friday, March 27-31. The webpage of the conference https://wwuindico.uni-muenster.de/event/1409/ contains all necessary information and will be updated regularly.
The important dates for abstract submission and registration are:
22.10.22: Abstract submission opening; Registration opens
05.12.22: Abstract submission deadline
20.12.22: Deadline for financial support application
20.01.23: Abstract acceptance notification (including support notification)
31.01.23: End of early-bird registration

Travel

Aschaffenburg is located 44 km away from Frankfurt airport, which has flight connections to all major cities in the world. To reach Aschaffenburg from Frankfurt airport it takes about 30 min. by car, 45-60 min. by direct train.
Accommodation

Participants are asked to arrange their accommodation themselves. A list of hotels is provided at the conference website, along with the booking codes we have arranged with the hotels. Please note that these special arrangements with the hotels expire on various dates, all information is available on the webpage.

We will provide support for students, instructions for applications will be available on the website.
